Generally speaking, if you use in-network providers and have a pregnancy without complication, you will be covered 100% . There may be circumstances in which this does not apply. Your maternity benefit also includes prenatal care, delivery and postnatal care. Breastfeeding and lactation support services are covered. Your benefit will be determined by whether services are provided by an in-network provider as described in the GEHA plan brochure, which is available at geha.com/PlanBrochure
